We now store the relationship between subitem and parent item when creating a time entry. This provides a more detailed and connected view of your project data.

Deactivated users

Custom fields

We've introduced a significant feature - custom fields in your time entry template. Now, administrators have the flexibility to add up to 5 single-select fields, customizable as mandatory and with default values, adapting to the specific needs of your projects.

Archive

New archive lets you maintain older custom fields and their options in an accessible yet non-intrusive manner. While these archived items are available for reports and exports, they are neatly tucked away from the new time entry process, ensuring a clutter-free and efficient data management experience.

More power to monday.com admins

monday.com admins can now view, approve and reject all timesheets of all users, even if they are not set up as team admin. This way you always have the monday.com admins to fall back on.

More privacy focused

Users can no longer view the time entries of others in the item view. This update places a stronger focus on individual privacy, aligning with the latest standards in data protection and workplace confidentiality.

Pin your favorite items

Efficiency is key, and with our new pinning feature, you can keep your most commonly used items at the forefront of your timesheet. By pinning the team, category, and custom fields along with the item, you're ready to start time entries with just one click.

Less prone to errors

The new time input gives you many more options to enter your worked time. This makes it even easier, faster and less error-prone.

Bulk actions

With Tracket's expanded bulk actions, you can effortlessly adjust, move, or duplicate multiple time entries. This feature is perfect for anyone managing complex tasks or multiple projects, offering a quick way to organize and optimize time tracking.

Timer Functionality

You can now start the timer directly from the timesheet, eliminating the need to switch views, and allows you to begin tasks immediately with details added afterwards, ensuring accuracy in your data.

You can now start a timer not only from the item view, but also from your timesheet! So you no longer have to switch between different view, specially handy for those who keep their timesheet open all day.

We've refined the timer's workflow for better efficiency. Begin timing your task with just one click - no need to fill out every detail upfront. Once you stop the timer, Tracket prompts you to complete the time entry, reducing the chance of errors and ensuring precise data recording. Start working immediately and worry about the specifics later - your timer is now as agile as you are.

The time sheet list view presents your week's work in an easily digestible format. At a glance, you can see all time entries, including multiple entries for the same item, laid out in an organized list. This view is perfect for those who prefer a comprehensive snapshot of their weekly activity.

Zoom in on your day

Get an instant overview of your daily work, including billable hours, with no extra clicks needed. For approvers, this list view is particularly beneficial, as it includes full descriptions of time entries, making it easier to review and approve time sheets with full context and understanding.
