Avisi Apps processes personal data of her website visitors, customers and other contacts. We do this in order to help our contacts as good as possible and to achieve our goals. In this privacy statement, we explain why and how we process your personal data. This privacy statement applies to all our processing in relation to you as a visitor to our website and recipient of our newsletter.

Avisi Apps builds apps for multiple ecosystems, among which Atlassian, monday.com, GitLab and Topdesk. You can find these apps in the marketplaces of these ecosystems. This privacy statement relates to all of our processing of personal data, but to make it as clear as possible what personal data we process and how we deal with it, we make a difference between several types of processing in this privacy statement.

When you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process your personal data in order to send you our newsletter. Optionally, we may personalize the news letter. If you don't want to receive our newsletter anymore, you can unsubscribe from each newsletter email (opt-out).

When you visit our office, we process your personal data in order to inform the person you are meeting of your arrival.
Improve our services
We process your personal data to improve our services. For example, we track click behavior on our website to analyze which pages and articles are read the most, but we do this completely anonymously. When given consent, we make anonymised recordings which we use for evaluation of website usage. And we track data about the use of our newsletter to gauge if they are interesting and relevant.

We explicitly have no intention to collect personal data about website visitors that are younger than 16 years old, unless they have consent from a parent or guardian. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent the processing of personal data of children without parental consent. We do not apply the principle in which we make decisions that have (considerable) consequences for individuals based on automated processing. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without the involvement of a human being (such as an Avisi employee).
As a data subject, you have a number of rights regarding your personal data that we process. We will do our very best to meet these rights. In order to use your rights, you can contact us by sending a specified request to privacy@avisi.nl.

To verify that a request to exercise a data subject right is done by you, we ask you to add a copy of your identification to your request. In the copy, hide your photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and citizen service number to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within 4 weeks.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for carrying out our services. These third parties are data processors. We work, for example, with MailChimp for sending our newsletter and Jira Service Desk (Atlassian) for responding to emails and support requests. We also use Google Analytics and Smartlook. We do this only to carry out our agreement with you, for our legitimate interests or when we have your consent. These parties process personal data in accordance with the instructions of Avisi. A legal obligation can be a reason for us to share personal data with third parties.
Within Avisi, customer data is shared among its group entities. Your personal data may be shared as part of customer data. Customer data is only shared with group entities for the purpose of contacting the customer. Avisi processes customer data in line with the current laws and regulations (including GDPR)
We use Google Analytics to keep statistics about the use of our website. We use pseudo-anonymous analytical cookies. We hereby adhere to the requirements of the GDPR to do this in a privacy-friendly manner. For example, we have ensured that data is encrypted and processed anonymously. In addition, we have disabled "data sharing" with Google. The Google Analytics cookies are also not used in combination with other Google services, such as DoubleClick and AdWords. Finally, we have made processor agreements with Google.
To ensure the quality of our online services, we use the Smartlook analysis tool from smartlook.com, which allows for anonymised evaluation of website usage. We only use cookies placed by Smartlook if you have given permission for this. We have set up Smartlook in such a way that input fields, e-mail addresses and numbers are masked and IP addresses are anonymized.
