Avisi Apps builds apps for multiple ecosystems, among which Atlassian,, GitLab and Topdesk. You can find these apps in the marketplaces of these ecosystems. This privacy statement relates to all of our processing of personal data, but to make it as clear as possible what personal data we process and how we deal with it, we make a difference between several types of processing in this privacy statement.

We process your personal data to improve our services. For example, we track click behavior on our website to analyze which pages and articles are read the most, but we do this completely anonymously. When given consent, we make anonymised recordings which we use for evaluation of website usage. And we track data about the use of our newsletter to gauge if they are interesting and relevant.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for carrying out our services. These third parties are data processors. We work, for example, with MailChimp for sending our newsletter and Jira Service Desk (Atlassian) for responding to emails and support requests. We also use Google Analytics and Smartlook. We do this only to carry out our agreement with you, for our legitimate interests or when we have your consent. These parties process personal data in accordance with the instructions of Avisi. A legal obligation can be a reason for us to share personal data with third parties.

Within Avisi, customer data is shared among its group entities. Your personal data may be shared as part of customer data. Customer data is only shared with group entities for the purpose of contacting the customer. Avisi processes customer data in line with the current laws and regulations (including GDPR)
