We’re excited to announce that Atlas CRM and Gmail have officially become friends! This has been one of your top requests, and we’re thrilled to make managing your contacts and emails simpler and more efficient. By connecting your emails directly with your CRM, you can reduce the time spent switching between apps and focus more on what truly matters—building relationships and closing deals.

Manage Everything Right From Gmail

With this new friendship, you no longer have to jump between apps or manually copy emails and contacts. Now, when you receive an email, you can add that contact to Atlas CRM and store that email with just a few clicks—right from your inbox. This means you can stay organized without the hassle, reducing the chances of missing important details or forgetting to log key interactions. By keeping everything in one place, you’re free to focus on nurturing client relationships and driving business growth.

Automatically Store Emails

Keeping your team on the same page is now easier than ever. Emails and conversations can be automatically saved to Atlas CRM, so everyone stays in the loop. This ensures that important communications aren’t lost or overlooked, leading to better collaboration and less time spent catching up on missed conversations. With everyone on the same page, your team can provide consistent and informed responses, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.

Organize Your CRM the Way You Like It

You’re in control of how emails are saved. Whether you want to log every email from a contact or just select ones, it’s up to you. This flexibility helps keep your CRM clean and relevant, making it easier to find important details when you need them. A well-organized CRM not only speeds up decision-making but also gives you a clearer understanding of your client interactions—an essential factor in closing deals.

Access CRM Details Without Leaving Gmail

Need more information on a contact? No problem. With just one click, you can view their full profile in Atlas CRM directly from Gmail. This means you can respond to clients faster and with more confidence, having all the context you need right at your fingertips. Whether you’re on a call or drafting an email, this feature allows you to provide a more personalized and informed service, which can improve client relationships and boost your reputation.

What’s New in Atlas CRM

To align with the new Gmail integration, we’ve also made some changes in Atlas CRM.

  • Interaction tracking at a glance: Easily see if an email has been logged as an interaction. This quick check helps ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, so your CRM always reflects the reality of your client interactions.
  • A refreshed interface: We’ve updated the Interaction Creation screen and Activity Stream to include email activities from Gmail. Now, you can see your logged emails and related interactions directly in these views, making it easier to keep track of all your communications in one place.
  • Admin controls: Now, admins can see which team members have the Gmail integration installed, ensuring everyone is using this new feature. This better oversight leads to a more consistent workflow across your team and improved overall performance.
  • Data control: Prefer to keep certain conversations private? You can turn off automatic email saving whenever you like. This level of control is crucial for maintaining privacy and security, especially in industries where confidentiality is key.

Coming Soon: Outlook Integration

The friendship between Atlas CRM and Gmail is just the start. We’re already working on bringing the same connection to Outlook, so stay tuned for more updates! This means that no matter which email platform you use, you’ll soon be able to enjoy the same experience, ensuring that your CRM is always up to date and working for you.
