We are delighted to announce that we shipped a major update to Atlas CRM. Over the past months, we’ve been developing a new intuitive interface and we worked hard on several features that will help you to effortlessly manage your customer data in Jira and Confluence and visualize the sales funnel.

Let’s have a look at the 8 most important changes. You can read the ‘what’s new section' for an outline of all new features.

1. The new navigation bar

The Atlas CRM menu bar is moved to the very top, in line with your Jira and Confluence environment. You can easily create new companies, contacts and sales. Do you quickly want to view a company or contact? Atlas CRM will make a suggestion based on your recently changed or added entities.

2. Atlas API: endless integration possibilities

We also bring Atlas CRM API to cloud. The API is designed to help you build integrations to get the most value out of Atlas CRM or other third-party software.

The API offers you multiple endpoints. For example, you can push or retrieve information to use Atlas CRM in combination with marketing automation, email programs, or another CRM system. This way, you can use customer data from a wider perspective and get a more detailed perspective of your customer.

You can find more information about the Atlas CRM endpoint in the documentation.

3. Easily link companies, contacts and sales

Customer insight, it’s one of the unique capabilities that Atlas CRM has to offer. The new update makes it easier for you to link entities such as companies, contacts, sales and issues.

Choose to link a entity through suggestions, search for the right entity or add a new one right away. It’s also possible to directly link Jira and Jira Service Management issues.

4. Customizable overviews

Organizing company and contact information is key, therefore we made it possible to customize your overviews. You can choose in what order your customer data is displayed. Sort your columns (ascending and descending) and resize the width of your columns.

5. Filtering and bulk select

Atlas CRM helps you to work more efficiently. By using the new filter bar, you can quickly display the customer data you want. The bulk select feature enables you to make changes to multiple sections at once. Exports are stored for 30 days and can be found in a separate export table.

6. Manage permissions

Atlas CRM helps you to work more efficiently. By using the new filter bar, you can quickly display the customer data you want. The bulk select feature enables you to make changes to multiple sections at once. Exports are stored for 30 days and can be found in a separate export table.

7. Manage sales in the new table overview

Keep track of your sales and choose between funnel view and sales table view. We also added an extra page with an overview of all sales. You can use the filter option to customize your overview even more.

8. Merge import

We created a step by step import functionality that makes it easier to import records and immediately link companies to contacts.
