Customer insights are key to any organization. That’s why we are happy to bring dashboards to Atlas CRM. Alongside the release of dashboards, we shipped a new functionality that increases your productivity by setting reminders on companies, contacts, and sales.
By using Atlas CRM, you can already assemble all customer information into useful insight. It’s easy to get an overview of the customer's wants and needs. For example, you can view the open and closed service requests and see the progress of Jira tickets.
The new Atlas CRM dashboards allow you to get all important customer information in one overview. You can view the latest linked issues, updates on related Confluence pages, and the latest comments of you or your colleagues on one page.
The dashboard also provides an activity stream, giving your insights into a customer's recent events, updates, and other activities executed by you or your colleagues.
Never again forget to follow up on a customer. It is now possible to set company, contact, and sales reminders, enabling you to respond quickly to customers. You can manage past, present, and future reminders by opening up the Reminders app from the Profile menu.
Did you have a meeting with a customer, and do you want to follow up on the meeting within a certain timeframe? Easily create a reminder and receive an automated email and in-app notification. Reminders can be created in the companies, contacts, and sales overviews.
View all recent notifications by clicking the Notification icon in the navigation bar. A red badge will display how many new notifications are waiting for you. Also, a blue in-app notification will appear whenever you have a new reminder to follow up on.
