The final wait is over. We are excited to announce that on January 22nd we will migrate all Atlas CRM customers to the new environment. Watch the video of Elise and discover all new Atlas CRM features.
The Atlas CRM Beta period is coming to an end. On January 22nd we will make the new version public which requires a maintenance period during that day.
You can still reach out to us to request early access to the new Atlas CRM. We will then migrate your Atlas CRM data before January 22nd which will be in a much shorter maintenance window.
Apart from a new look and feel which is being aligned with Jira’s and Confluence’s design, we ship the following new features:
Navigate quicker
We've moved the menu from left to top, in line with your Jira environment.
Using the create button in this menu, you can quickly create new companies, contacts or sales.
Create entity panel
When you create an entity, we have made it easy for you to link other entities. Choose them through suggestions, search for the right entity or add a new one right away. It is now also possible to directly link Jira issues.
Customizable overviews
Make your tables more workable by sorting columns (ascending and descending) and resizing your columns wherever you want.
Filtering and bulk select
By using the new filter bar, you have more control over the display of your data. Use bulk select to effectively make changes to multiple sections at one time. Exports are stored for 30 days and can be found in a separate export table.
Sales
Switch between funnel view and list view in your sales table. We have added an extra page with an overview of all sales. With the extra filter options you can create even more complete overviews.
A few things require your attention.
Before, you could limit access to Atlas CRM by configuring which Atlassian user-groups may have access. After January 22nd, you will be able to limit access by specifying which users may have access to Atlas CRM.
During our maintenance period we will automatically change these permissions for you. For example, if you granted access to the Atlassian user-group “CRM users”, we will grant access to all members of that group on the 22nd.
You don’t need to do anything, just check if you are satisfied with the permissions change. Also, if there are any questions regarding this permission change, please reach out to us.
The Atlas CRM menu item now takes you to yourinstance.atlascrm.cloud. This will change after January 22nd. If you try to access Atlas CRM through this link once the new version is live, you will be informed about the new location of your Atlas CRM instance.
As mentioned before, if you want to have early access to the new version please let us know. Have a look at the new documentation for the running Atlas CRM beta in the meantime.
If there are any questions regarding the planned maintenance for Atlas CRM, we’re happy to answer them. You can reply to this email or contact us via our support channel.
