Tracket pricing 2025
Starting January 1, 2025, we’re rolling out updates to Tracket’s pricing structure to provide more flexibility and better alignment with your team’s needs. These updates are designed to simplify your experience and ensure pricing reflects your team’s size and growth.
What's Changing?
- New Seat-Based Pricing Tiers: Tailored options to better suit teams of all sizes.
- Existing Subscriptions: Your current plan stays the same as long as it’s active. These updates only apply to new subscriptions or if you cancel and resubscribe.
- New Subscriptions: If the new structure aligns better with your needs, you can update your plan via your monday.com administration page. (steps below)
Why the Change?
Our pricing structure reflects monday.com’s seat-based model, where buckets correspond to user tiers. While it’s not always possible to match monday.com users exactly, these additional tiers are designed to:
- Avoid over-paying for unused seats or exceeding your requirements.
- Scale your plan as your team evolves without running into unexpected costs.

How to View or Change Your Plan
Follow these steps to explore or update your subscription directly in yourmonday.com account:
- Log in to monday.com and click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Navigate to Administration > Apps.
- Locate Tracket, click the three dots, and select Billing.
- Click Change Plan to view and select the new pricing tiers.
Important Notes:
- Updated pricing tiers will only appear if you cancel your current subscription and resubscribe under the new pricing model.
- Please note that canceling your subscription will temporarily disable the ability to log time entries. However, all your data will be securely stored, and your access will be fully restored as soon as you activate your new subscription.
Example
Suppose you currently have 199 users. Under the current pricing structure, this places you in the 250-user pricing tier. However, with the updated pricing model, you could switch to the new 200-user tier, potentially saving you money while aligning more closely with your actual user count.
