What You Bring

   Proven Experience in Partner Management & Sales: You are strong in communication and relationship building. We value proven experience over the number of years. Show us how you have excelled in building and expanding a partner network.
   

2. 

   Strategic Planning and Time Management: Your ability to manage time effectively allows you to coordinate with global partners and internal teams, optimizing productivity.
   

3. 

   Educational Background: A thinking level equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. Bonus: Prior experience with Atlassian / monday.com is preferred.
   

4. 

   Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel abroad to visit Atlassian / monday.com and partners a few times a year.
   

5. 

   Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English.
